1. Kaytranada - "Holy Hole Inna Donut" 2013 Kaytranada will be performing at Decibel Festival's Resident Advisor Showcase on September 24 on the third floor of the EMP Museum. I'm pretty sure his live show isn't this sporty, but I will be sure to let you know.
2. FKA x inc. - "FKA x inc." 2014 She is a total badass. Still can't decide on the FKA Twigs vs. Flying Lotus + Thundercat dilemma on November 18 in Seattle.
3. Sylvan Esso - "Coffee" 2014 I love this song but I still cringe a little when he says "my baby does the hanky panky."
4. How To Dress Well - "And It Was You" 2012 I'm pretty sure this video is about people worshipping a guy who rides a segway?
5. Ella Eyre - "Deeper" 2013 Slow motion dance scenes with fans.
6. Fractures - "Twisted" 2013 (Australia) These guys make great songs, but, they're all total downers.
7. Majid Jordan - "A Place Like This" 2014 This lady keeps getting run into like the chick in Dr. Dre + Snoop Dogg's "Nothin' But A G Thing" (at 3:30), Dre did it better. This guy sounds like he wants to be all Weeknd-y.
8. Phantogram - "When I'm Small" 2011 This is an example of how hair tossing can be a dance move.
9. Method Man + Redman - "Y.O.U." 1999 So excited for our Method Man + Redman show at The Showbox on November 3.
10. Atmosphere - "Bitter" 2014 Slow-motion snowball fights are some Minnesota shit? Props to Atmosphere for being on top of their game.
The beginning of this Atmosphere song reminds me of "Fuck Regrets" by Datkid and Dee Green. No slow-motion in this video, but, they are from Bristol, which is fucking awesome.

Ten Smoky Music Videos
1. Slimkid3 + DJ Nu-Mark - "I Know, Didn't I" 2014 This instantly became one of my new favorite songs, their new self-titled album was released on Delicious Vinyl today.
2. The Jets - "You Got It All" 1986 I finally forgave my sisters for cutting up the cover art from my Jets tape to use as a Barbie poster. It's initiation of dream sequence smoke.
3. Nemo Achida - "Big Lights, Deep Shades" 2011 I have yet to love any other Nemo Achida song.
4. Method Man and Redman - "How High" 1995 This is from The Show Soundtrack, not the great movie with the same name. My team at ReignCity has a Method Man + Redman show at The Showbox on November 3.
5. Cypress Hill feat Method Man and Redman - "Cisco Kid" 2001 This one IS from the great movie How High starring Method Man and Redman. B-Real of Cypress Hill will also be at the Method Man + Redman show at The Showbox.
6. Taco - "Puttin' On The Ritz" 1982 Seems crazy that someone would put Blackface in their video in the eighties, this is the original uncensored version that still contains the ugly stuff. Great song though.
7. Raury - "God's Whisper" 2014 Fun with smoke bombs, this is yet another Pigeons + Planes find.
8. Harry Clean feat. Dave B, JusMoni, YK Ari- "For The Love" 2014 (SEATTLE MUSIC) I like the short film style of this one by Seattle's Detooz Films, they are constantly progressing, which is awesome. Plus, there's Barney and 2Pac.
9. Ron Contour + Factor - "Wondrous Things" 2012 The smoke is for the bees man, this video is very "Smashing Pumpkins - 1979."
10. Pyramid Vritra - "Eleven12" 2014 One of the latest Stones Throw finds.

Five Music Videos featuring Video Games
1. Redman feat. Method Man and R.E.A.D.Y. Roc - "Lookin' Fly" *These girls don't look like they are "going Rambo". Redman gets autotuned in this song, ew. Redman is wearing a Nucking Futs shirt.
2. De La Soul feat. The Spirit of Wu-Tang - "Get Away" 2013 *There is a Playstation controller on the floor next to the 2013 style Rubik's cube. I love that there is a new De La Soul album and that there will hopefully be a tour that includes Seattle.
3. 38 Special - "Caught Up In You" 1982 *YES! 80's Party!
4. Air - "Kelly Watch The Stars" 1998 *For a minute there, I thought she might die from a ping pong ball to the dome.
5. Redman - "Da Goodness" 1998 *I was pleased to find that there actually are Def Jam video games.
I would definitely play as Slick Rick.

Ten Music Videos featuring Shopping Carts
1. Radiohead - "Fake Plastic Trees" 1995 *The combination of the 18 years that have passed and the fact that they are riding in shopping carts makes the guys in Radiohead look like babies. This is the King of the shopping cart videos.
2. Grieves and Budo - "On The Rocks" 2011 *I love videos with a storyline.
3. The Electric feat. Yarah Bravo - "Beautiful" 2010 *Yarah Bravo is definitely cool and the song doesn't suck.
4. Bishop Nehru feat. Que Hampton - "Misruled Order" 2013 *Great video but gets disturbing around the 3 minute mark.
5. Redman - "Pick It Up" 1997 *Redman is hilarious. If you need proof watch his movie with Method Man and Lisa Turtle, How High.
6. Earl Sweatshirt feat. Tyler, The Creator - "Whoa" 2013 *They've worked hard for our attention. You have to work as hard as them if you want to be on their level.
7. Tyler, The Creator - "French" 2011 *Tyler and his Odd Future friends dry hump a shopping cart and do many other (not)surprising things.
8. Grieves and Budo - "Against The Bottom" 2011 *This is the poppiest Grieves song ever.
9. The Roots - "How I Got Over" 2009 *This song is pretty good, but, I haven't had one of those moments when I decide I love it yet.
10. TH3RDZ - "Go For Broke" 2013 *JFK hangs out with a shopping cart, Candidt works out, and Xperience hangs out on a rooftop.
Naughty By Nature is to rapping behind fences as Grieves, Budo, and Odd Future are to shopping carts.

3. Slick Rick - "Children's Story" 1988 (Alice in Wonderland statue) *Classic.

8. Jake Emlyn - "The Wonka Hath Landed" 2013 *This isn't really that cool, it is definitely an interesting oddity. Not only does it reference Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka character, it also referenced Anthony Burgess' A Clockwork Orange through the makeup the artist is wearing. I found this on the Pigeons and Planes blog.

Ten Music Videos featuring Taxis
1. A Tribe Called Quest - "Electric Relaxation" 1994 *It's crazy that they edited out the word "ass" as in "fat ass thighs". It is a hip hop staple.
2. Depeche Mode - "It's No Good" 1997 *It would be awesome to see Depeche Mode in a club this small.
3. Yuna - "Live Your Life" 2012 *This isn't a club banger or anything like that. It's just a pretty good song with a good message.
4. Daft Punk - "Something About Us" 2003 *My favorite part of this song is before the singing starts.

8. The Notorious B.I.G. - "One More Chance" 1995 *"Girls peepee when they see me" -Biggie That seems like an uncomfortable situation to me, but, it is a quadruple rhyme so that's probably why he said it.
9. Jean Grae - "Love Thirst" 2008 *This song doesn't really do it for me, but, I think she is bad ass. She wears many different outfits in the back of a taxi in this video.
10. Grand Master Flash and the Furious Five - "The Message" 1982 *A prime example of the infinite potential of Hip Hop.
2. Depeche Mode - "It's No Good" 1997 *It would be awesome to see Depeche Mode in a club this small.

3. Rocky Rivera feat. Davinci - "SF City Retrospect" 2011 *Her verse is the best part of this song by far, it starts at 1:26.

6. When Saints Go Machine feat. Killer Mike - "Love And Respect" 2013 *It's funny that this dude is wearing a chain on the outside even when he is on the run. What if shit got crazy and he had to maneuver quickly and he lost it? I like the parts without Killer Mike the most.
7. Janet Jackson - "Miss You Much" 1990 *Janet has a chain hanging from her vest thingy.
8. Onyx - "Slam" 1993 *This band contains Fredro Starr, the thuggy troublemaker from Save The Last Dance. The energy displayed by these guys in this video is frightening.
9. Method Man and Redman - "Da Rockwilder" 1999 * I still like Method Man even though he is wearing white raver gloves and one of those weird hats with long dangly things. It's so cute when they walk together.
10. LL Cool J - "I'm Bad" 1987 *"I'm notorious, I'll crush you like a jelly bean" -LL Cool J (tough guy)
